GENERAL RULES

  • Crediting is required.

  • Provide clear references.

  • Artist watermark must not be removed.

ARTIST RULES

  • I can do any request except for harmful kinks and hateful content.

  • I retain all copyright of the commissioned piece.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books. Unless you pay a Privacy Fee, this won't apply.

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

  • I do not consent for the artworks to be used for NFT, crypto/blockchain enterprise, and or to be fed to train AI generators.

COMMERCIAL RULES

  • Artist watermark can be removed.

  • Have the rights for the artwork to be used for profit-making purpose you chose and paid for.

  • COMMERCIAL USE LVL 1 : for physical profit-making purposes, example : printing goods, stickers, cards, etc.

  • COMMERCIAL USE LVL 2 : for digital profit-making purposes, example : streamer profiles, banners, emotes, and etc.

  • COMMERCIAL USE LVL 3 : for Digital and physical profit-making purposes.

PAYMENT RULES

  • Prices are not negotiable.

  • YOU, the client, can choose 100% Payment after Final Sketch / 50% DP after final sketch, and 50% before submitting the Final Piece.

  • For international clients, please convert your payment to Philippine pesos.

CANCELLATION RULES

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I have the right to refuse a full refund if the artwork is already finished.

  • You may only receive a certain percent (%) of your money in case of a refund, depending on what stage we are in the piece.

  • If the artist is unable to start your commission, you will get a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order before it started, you will get a full refund.

CLIENT RULES

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • You get 3 free revisions only during the lineart and coloring stage, the next revisions will be paid for

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) if you had not paid for the Commercial Rights.

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  • You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  • You may NOT use the commissioned work for anything AI.
